Quality
All photographs are printed on to Kodak Professional Endura Photographic paper and are available in either
a gloss or matt finish. Each photograph is enhanced to ensure the maximum quality and then colour corrected before print. Quality
is paramount and you can be assured that photographs are not from a household printer. All
prints are processed by a 1st rate photographic laboratory who only supply professional photographers. No
printing is done in house. The fade resistance of the prints is rated at 150 years.
When you buy a photograph from Mark Fell Photography you
get a photograph, not an ink-jet print-out.
Poster Sizes
Although the A2 and 30"x20" sizes are classed as
posters, they are real photographs and are not printed on paper.
Digital Images
The purchase of digital images is for personal use only. Purchasing the image does not entitle the purchaser any of
the rights to use the picture, or allow it to be distributed within the public domain.
The images cannot be used as part of a publication, website or a press release with the written permission from
Mark Fell first. The intended purpose of the image is to be saved as a digital memento.
Once purchased, the digital image will be emailed to the email supplied
at the shopping cart checkout. This will be as a fully optimized, 600 pixel (width)
image and will print up to 6x4 size. Please note that there will be no
reference to Mark Fell Photography on the image.
Copyright
All
images and text on this web site are copyrighted by Mark Fell and are protected by international copyright
laws. The photographs are for web browser viewing only and may not be reproduced, copied, downloaded or altered in
any way without the explicit written authorisation of Mark Fell. The use of any image in part or in whole for other forms
of artistic expression is a violation of copyright.
Purchase of a print, or poster does not entitle the
purchaser any reproduction rights. You cannot use prints or posters on web sites, magazines etc, without the prior
express permission of Mark Fell.
Prints are for personal, non-profit use only.
You are not permitted to duplicate and distribute the printed image in any way.
International

International
Orders are calculated by destination. When your order is recieved you will be contacted via e-mail and given more information
about shipping costs.
Terms and Conditions
Under UK law, you entitled to a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel
your order without giving a reason within 7 days following the day of receipt. Please inform us by email, telephone or post
that you intend to return the goods for a full refund. All returned goods must
be returned to Mark Fell Photography within 14 days of cancellation*. If you decide to cancel your order, you will have to
return the goods in the condition in which they were sent to you and returned in secure and strong packaging. You will also
have to pay the costs of returning the goods. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods
lost in transit.
*If goods have not been returned within this period we are entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting
goods from you and deduct this from the refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation
Mark Fell Photography operates a complaint procedure that we will use to resolve disputes and we
will endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days. When you buy goods over the Internet you are entering
into a legally binding contract. This does not affect your statutory rights and
the UK law is the applicable law. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Mark
Fell Photography.
Fighting Fraud
All attempts to order from this site using a Credit/Debit card fraudulently will, without Mark Fell Photography contacting
the customer, be reported to the Police.
All orders must have a land line telephone number. Any orders received without may be cancelled

(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). I collect information
about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. The type

hold about you by emailing me. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy
and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European
Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. I may use technology
to track the patterns of behaviors of our visitors to my site. This includes using a 'cookie' which would be stored on
your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected in this way can
